About us
An integrator, not a reseller
Omitech Servicios Tecnológicos is a Mexican company operating from Mexico City since 2022. We design, deploy and run infrastructure and platforms for mid-sized companies and corporates in Mexico and Latin America.

Why we exist
Most mid-sized companies end up with a different supplier for every workstream: one does the network, another the telephony, another the software and another the building works. When something fails, each one points at the next and the client is left in the middle, with nobody answerable for the whole.
Omitech was founded to fill that gap: an integrator that takes on the complete project, with its own engineering and with platforms we build and run ourselves. We don't resell a licence and walk away.
We work to a consistent method: understand the operation before proposing technology, commit to scope in writing, and stay with the deployment until the client can run it without us looking over their shoulder.
How we work
Assessment before proposal
We don't quote without seeing the operation. A budget built on assumptions falls apart in the first week of work.
Commitments in writing
Scope, schedule and service levels go in the contract. What we can't commit to, we don't promise.
The client keeps control
Documentation, code, access and configurations belong to the client. Our job is to leave them able to operate without us.
Support from the people who built it
Whoever answers support knows the project: the same team that designed and deployed the solution answers for it afterwards.
