Custom software

Software that fits your process, not the other way round

We build internal applications, portals and integrations when off-the-shelf systems don't cover your operation. We work in short deliveries, with the code and the documentation in your hands from day one.

  • Frequent working deliveries your team can review
  • The client owns the code and the documentation
  • Integration with the systems already running in your company

What we solve

What we hear before we start

Custom software earns its place when the process is a competitive advantage, or when nothing on the market fits.

  • The process lives in spreadsheets

Files that get duplicated, versions that overwrite each other, and decisions that depend on who has the email with the right attachment.

  • Systems that don't talk to each other

Data is entered two or three times because the ERP, the CRM and the operation don't share anything.

  • The off-the-shelf system doesn't cover the case

A standard platform was bought and the real operation needs exceptions the vendor can't or won't develop.

  • Inherited systems with no documentation

There is an application that works, but nobody knows how, who built it or how to change it without breaking it.

What's included

What the service includes

From discovering the process through to live operation, with support after handover.

  • Discovery and definition

Mapping the current process with the people who run it, defining scope, acceptance criteria and delivery priorities.

  • Web and mobile applications

Internal portals, field data capture apps, operational dashboards and modules that plug into the ecosystem you already have.

  • Integrations and APIs

Connectors between your systems, documented APIs for third parties and data synchronisation with error handling and retries.

  • Data model and reporting

Model design, migration of historical data and dashboards with the indicators your operation actually needs to review.

  • Security by design

Authentication, roles and permissions, an action log, encryption of sensitive data and dependency review.

  • Support and evolution

Incident resolution, dependency maintenance and new functionality under a defined service agreement.

How we deploy it

How we deploy it

Short, reviewable deliveries: you see what was built working before paying for the next stage.

  1. Discovery

Sessions with the people who actually run the process. We document the current flow, the pain points and the unwritten business rules.

  2. Design and prioritisation

We define the architecture, the interface prototypes and the delivery order, starting with whatever has the biggest operational impact.

  3. Build in increments

Short cycles with a demo at the end of each one. We adjust priorities with what we learn, without renegotiating the whole project.

  4. Go live

Data migration, training, hands-on support through the first weeks, and handover of the code and documentation.

Use cases by industry

Use cases by industry

  • Logistics and fleet tracking

On-the-road capture apps, proof-of-delivery evidence and integration with the fleet tracking platform.

  • Law firms and notaries

Case management with version control, traceability of every action and deadlines with automatic alerts.

  • Automotive

Service and parts portals, work order tracking and integration with the manufacturer's system.

Benefits for your operation

What changes in your operation

  • The process stops depending on specific people

The rules live in the system rather than in the memory of whoever has always done it.

  • One entry, one record

Data is captured once and flows to the systems that need it, with no re-keying and no conflicting versions.

  • Independence from the supplier

The code, documentation and access are yours: you can continue the project with us or with whoever you choose.

  • Traceability of every action

Who did what and when is on record, which simplifies audits and settles discrepancies.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the code you develop?

The client. Intellectual property in the development, its documentation and repository access are transferred as each stage is delivered.

How do you quote custom development?

After discovery. Quoting before understanding the process leads to budgets that don't hold. The discovery phase is quoted separately and its output is yours even if you don't continue with us.

Can you take over development from another supplier?

Yes, after a technical review of the existing code and infrastructure. We deliver an assessment of the real state and the options before committing to a scope.

Do you work with our in-house IT team?

Yes. We can work as the full team or as an extension of yours, sharing the repository, the board and the progress meetings.

What about maintenance after handover?

A service agreement with defined response times, covering incident resolution, dependency updates and functional evolution.

Where is the application hosted?

Wherever suits your data policy: in the cloud you already use, on infrastructure we manage, or on your own servers. It's decided during design.

Ready to review your operation with us?

Book a no-cost assessment. We review your current setup, identify what is worth solving first and hand you a proposal with an agreed scope and timeline.

We reply during business hours from Mexico City.
