Construction
The works technology needs underneath it
We carry out civil and industrial works and site preparation: plant rooms, containment, electrical installation, finishes and extensions. When the project includes technology, the building works and the installation are coordinated from the same plan.
- Construction and technology on one coordinated schedule
- On-site supervision and a progress log for the client
- Compliance with the regulations applicable to each intervention
What we solve
What we hear before we start
Most delays in technology projects happen before a single piece of equipment arrives.
Construction and technology out of step
The equipment supplier arrives and the site isn't ready: no containment, no power, or the plant room doesn't exist yet.
Improvised plant rooms
Critical equipment ends up in a space with no ventilation, no backup power and no access control.
Progress you can't verify
The site report arrives late and without evidence, and deviations surface when they are already expensive to fix.
Openings that keep slipping
Every new site is built to different criteria, so nothing learned at the last one gets reused.
What's included
What the service includes
From fitting out a plant room to the complete construction of a site.
Civil works and refits
Masonry, glazing, finishes, extensions and remodelling of operational and customer-facing spaces.
Plant rooms and comms rooms
Design and construction with environmental control, backup power, earthing, access control and fire detection.
Containment and electrical installation
Containment routes for voice, data and CCTV, dedicated circuits and labelled boards in line with the applicable regulations.
Supervision and site control
On-site management, a log with photographic evidence, progress tracked against programme and periodic reports to the client.
Multi-site projects
A repeatable construction standard for chains and corporates with recurring openings in different locations.
Safety and compliance
A site safety programme, accredited personnel and management of the documentation the building or the authorities require.
How we deploy it
How we deploy it
One schedule for construction and technology installation, with clear ownership on each front.
Visit and scope
A site walk, a survey of existing conditions and a scope defined in enough detail to quote without assumptions.
Detailed design
Drawings, specifications, works programme and an itemised budget, coordinated with the technology workstreams.
Supervised execution
Works with on-site management, a log with evidence and progress tracked against the approved programme.
Handover and close-out
Testing, the snag list cleared, as-built drawings and formal handover of the site.
Use cases by industry
Use cases by industry
Multi-site retail
Fitting out new units to a repeatable construction standard, coordinated with the opening calendar.
Automotive
Extending workshops and reception areas, with the containment and power the equipment requires.
Logistics and fleet tracking
Refitting loading bays, yards and plant rooms at distribution centres without stopping the operation.
Benefits for your operation
What changes in your operation
One party answerable for the site
Construction and technology installation follow the same plan, so nobody can blame the delay on the other trade.
Sites you don't have to redo
The plant room and the containment are sized for expected growth, not just for today's equipment.
Verifiable progress
A log with evidence lets you review the real state of the works without depending on a site visit.
Repeatable openings
A documented standard shortens each subsequent opening and reduces surprises on site.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you only do the building works, or the technology too?
Both. We can carry out the civil works alone or hand over the complete site, including network, communications and electronic security, on one schedule.
Can you work while the building is in use?
Yes. We schedule by work front and in agreed hours, with whatever containment and safety measures the building requires.
How is the budget controlled?
With an itemised budget and formal change control: every variation is documented and authorised before it is carried out.
What documentation is handed over at the end?
As-built drawings, a schedule of materials and installed equipment, the site log with evidence, and the corresponding warranties.
Do you take on projects outside Mexico City?
Yes. We coordinate multi-site projects across Mexico while keeping the same construction standard and a single point of contact.
Do you handle permits for the building?
We manage the documentation required by the building management and the permits applicable to the scope of works, as defined in the detailed design.
