Communications platform

LambiCom: your company's communications hub

Cloud telephony, omnichannel contact centre, WhatsApp Business, AI voicebots, video conferencing and CRM integrations. All managed from one console, with operations and support handled by Omitech.

  • One administration console for every site and channel
  • Redundant infrastructure across several availability zones
  • Signalling and media encrypted with SIP over TLS and SRTP

One platform instead of five tools

Most companies serve their customers with a PBX on one side, WhatsApp on personal phones, a separately contracted chat tool and yet another video product. LambiCom brings those channels under the same service rules, the same customer history and the same administration.

How the platform is built

  • Redundant infrastructure

The service is distributed across several availability zones, with failover and verified periodic backups.

  • Encrypted signalling and media

SIP over TLS for signalling and SRTP for audio, on the internal network and on remote connections alike.

  • Role-based administration

Separate permissions for administrator, supervisor and agent, with a log of configuration changes.

  • Open API

Events and operations available through an API to integrate the platform with your business systems.

How we deploy it

How it is deployed

Going live is a guided project, not a handover of credentials.

  1. Assessment

We review your current setup, your volumes per channel, your opening hours and the integrations you can't lose.

  2. Configuration

We build the numbering plan, the service flows and the user profiles according to the approved design.

  3. Pilot and migration

We test with a small group, adjust, then migrate department by department. Porting is scheduled last.

  4. Live operation

Training by role, hands-on support through the first weeks, and support at the service level set by contract.

App for end users

The LambiCom app

The company extension on the employee's phone and computer: iOS, Android, Windows and Linux, with the same calling identity as the office.

  • The same extension on every device

Mobile, computer or IP phone: the employee answers from wherever they are with a single extension and a single call history.

  • Calls from the company number

Inbound and outbound with the company's identity. The employee's personal number is never shown to the customer.

  • Directory, transfers and voicemail

Corporate directory with presence, attended or blind transfer to any extension, hold and access to voicemail.

  • Encrypted audio outside the office

Calls travel encrypted with SRTP, including use from external networks or mobile data. The administrator revokes each device's access from the console.

Download the app

The app is used with a LambiCom account provided by your company's administrator. It does not create accounts on its own.

Mobile

Desktop

The desktop app for Windows and Linux brings the same calling features to the employee's computer, with a headset and without depending on the browser.

Data and privacy

The app processes the data needed to provide your company's telephony service. The processing is described in the Privacy Notice, and data deletion is requested on the corresponding page.

Requirements and permissions

  • Mobile: iOS 14 or later; Android 9 or later.
  • Desktop: a computer running Windows or a 64-bit Linux distribution, plus a headset or headphones with a microphone.
  • Microphone permission: required to transmit call audio.
  • Notification permission: required to announce incoming calls while the app is in the background.
  • Network access: the app needs an internet or mobile data connection to register with the platform.
  • Contacts permission (optional, on mobile): used to show the contact's name on incoming calls; it can be denied without losing calling functionality.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does LambiCom fully replace our PBX?

Yes. The platform covers the functions of an enterprise PBX and adds digital channels. It can also run in parallel during the transition.

Can we keep our numbers?

Yes, through number porting following the regulatory process that applies in Mexico. The cut-over date is agreed with you.

What is needed at each site?

A stable internet connection and the users' devices: IP phones, and computers or mobiles running the LambiCom app. No switching hardware is required on site.

How is it priced?

Per user and per the modules switched on. We don't publish per-module price lists because the scope depends on the assessment: request a quote and we'll prepare one for your case.

What happens if a site loses its internet connection?

Calls are automatically diverted to the fallback destinations configured for that site: another location, mobile phones or the corporate voicemail.

Who provides support?

The Omitech team, from Mexico City, with the response times set in the service contract.

Does the app work on both computer and mobile?

Yes. It is the same extension on iOS, Android, Windows and Linux: calls, directory, transfers, hold and voicemail work the same on every device.

What happens when an employee leaves the company?

The administrator revokes the device's access from the console and the extension stops working on that device immediately.

How do I request deletion of the app's data?

Through the data deletion page on this site, following the procedure described in the Privacy Notice.
