Hotels: guest service and control of the property
The guest calls reception, books over WhatsApp and expects the air conditioning to work when the door opens. We bring room telephony, booking channels and monitoring of the facilities into one operation.
- Room extensions integrated with the property management system
- Bookings by phone, WhatsApp and web with one history per guest
- Monitoring of air conditioning, water tanks and electricity use by area
What we solve
What we usually find in the sector
The room phone, on its own island
The extension doesn't talk to the management system: it reflects neither occupancy status nor the charges that should reach the guest's bill.
Bookings scattered across channels
Requests arrive by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media, each on a different device and with no shared history per guest.
Facilities with no measurement
Air conditioning, boilers, water tanks and electricity use are checked by walking the property: the fault surfaces when the guest reports it.
The Wi-Fi that decides the review
The guest network shares a link with hotel operations and saturates in high season, exactly when it is most visible.
What's included
How we approach it
Telephony built into the operation
Extensions per room and per service area, automatic wake-up calls, dialling restrictions and charges reported to the property management system through its API.
Omnichannel bookings and service
Phone, WhatsApp Business, website chat and email in one inbox, with a history per guest and assignment across reception, reservations and sales.
Monitoring of the property
Sensors for temperature, water tank levels and electricity use by area, alerting maintenance before the fault reaches the room.
Guest and operations kept apart
Independent segments with bandwidth reserved for operations, a captive portal for guests and measured coverage in rooms and public areas.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Does it integrate with our property management system?
With systems that expose an API or a documented exchange channel, yes. During the assessment we review yours and agree the scope before proposing an integration.
Do the room telephones have to be replaced?
Not necessarily. We assess the installed handsets and keep them where they are compatible. Replacement is only proposed where it enables a function the hotel needs.
Does the monitoring work across several properties?
Yes. Each property reports to the same dashboard, with alerts per site and different owners depending on how each hotel is run.
How is Wi-Fi sized for high season?
It is sized on peak occupancy and separated from operational traffic, so reception and the point of sale never compete with guest usage.
